The Point of Sale (POS) interface is where you handle in-house orders seamlessly. It's built for speed and clarity.

The POS Dashboard

Our POS dashboard displays your entire menu in an easy-to-tap grid format.

• Categories: Filter items on the left side or top bar depending on your screen size.
• Cart: Review the selected items, apply discounts, and process payments on the right side.

Live Orders (Kitchen View)

When customers order via QR codes or when your staff submits an order through the POS, it appears instantly in the Live Orders view.

1. New: Orders just received and waiting for staff acceptance.
2. Accepted: Staff confirms the ticket and approves any held review before the kitchen starts work.
3. Preparing: Move the order here once the kitchen starts making it.
4. Served: Close the ticket after the food reaches the guest or pickup is complete.
