About us
ProMenu is built with a design-first mindset and a strong focus on clarity, usability, and long-term trust. The goal is simple: make digital menu experiences feel dependable for businesses and easy for guests to use.
Who is behind it
Designed and maintained by an experienced product designer
ProMenu is created by Aram Barzani, who has 10+ years of experience across user experience design, interface design, and graphic design, with hands-on work spanning web, mobile, branding, and digital product direction since 2015.
That background shapes how the product is built: practical flows, careful interface decisions, and an emphasis on making everyday tasks feel simple instead of overwhelming.
Why that matters
Experience in design and product building matters because hospitality tools need to be clear under pressure. Menus, ordering flows, QR experiences, and admin dashboards all need to work quickly and feel intuitive on both mobile and desktop.
Before ProMenu, Aram also worked on other digital products and experiments, including Alpha Drops and Neon Rush on Remix. Those projects are part of the broader product and interface background behind this platform, not the focus of it.

The foundation of the work is thoughtful experience design. That means the product should continue feeling straightforward, polished, and considerate as it grows, without turning routine tasks into extra complexity.
If you need help, there are now two support options: Telegram for direct chat and support@promenu.net for email support.
Approach: Build trust through clear design, practical product decisions, and a user experience that respects people's time.
