Menu Builder

The Menu Builder is the core of ProMenu. Build, organise, and refine your digital catalog with a clean drag-and-drop interface.

Menus & Categories

Your content is structured in two levels:

• Menus — top-level catalogs (e.g. "Main Menu", "Drinks", "Ramadan Special"). You can have multiple menus per Hub depending on your plan.
• Categories — sections inside a menu (e.g. "Starters", "Grills", "Cold Drinks"). Add as many as you need.

Adding & Editing Items

1. Inside a Category, click Add Item.
2. Enter the Name, Price, and optionally a Description.
3. Upload a Photo — high-quality images significantly boost engagement.
4. Add optional details: Calories, Dietary tags (Vegan, Halal, Spicy…), and Discount.
5. Use Modifiers to let customers customise items (e.g. size, extras, temperature).

Tip: Press Save Changes in the top right corner to publish your edits. Changes are not live until saved.

Drag & Drop Reordering

Both categories and items can be reordered by dragging. Grab the handle icon on the left of any row and drag it to the desired position. Your order is saved automatically.

Multi-Language Support

ProMenu supports fully bilingual (and beyond) menus. In the editor toolbar, toggle between languages (e.g. English / Kurdish / Arabic) to fill in translations for each item.

Use the built-in AI translation tools to translate content instantly across your active languages, then review the output before publishing.

Featured Items

Mark any item as Featured to have it highlighted in a special banner at the top of your menu — perfect for showcasing bestsellers, specials, or new additions.

Draft Mode

Toggle any menu to Draft while working on it. Draft menus are not visible to customers — publish when ready.

Importing Items

Use the CSV Import feature to bulk-upload items. Download the sample template from your dashboard, fill it in, and upload to populate your menu instantly.
